1.Go to parent/student login (There should be one login password per student)

2. Enter StratfordHSBand in the school code box . then enter the Parents area.

3. Enter your student ID, or temporary password assigned by you director..

4. Click on the Student info and enter or edit your information. Make sure that you enter an email address for student and each parent. It is ok to duplicate. If you do not have an email address, enter the following: stratfordband@hotmail.com

5. Phone numbers should be entered in the following format: 222-222-2222 (include dashes) DO NOT ENTER N/A, ETC. FOR PHONE.

If you only have a cell number, enter the number in both the cell and phone box.

6. Addresses, phone, numbers, birthdays, are the important information. Click update when finished. If your only phone number is a cell phone number, duplicate that in the home area. If the address is the same for parent and student, you may enter only in the student area if you wish.

7.Hit the back button if you would like to create a password other than you student ID.

8.Click on the change password icon and follow the prompts.

NOTE TO PERCUSSIONISTS: Your concert instruction needs to be entered as Percussion, not drums, etc.

If you need assistance or cannot log in from home, see Mr. McArthur. Do not wait until the last minute! Please keep your account up to date. If you change email addresses, phone numbers, etc. make the changes to your charms account.
