All students will begin using smart music for assignments (except for percussion) during the 2010-11 school year. This is a grade program to help students learn music and to aid in practice. It will also be used for assessment during the next school year. Students not enrolled for home use will need to schedule time outside of their band class for these assignments.

Unless you have used this software previously, you will need to order a smart music microphone. You will receive a DVD of the software in the mail approximately 5 business days after ordering. The cost of the program will be approximately $25. The cost of the microphone is approximately $15.
