Band Rush is on Saturday, August 13, 2011

Band Rush will give you an opportunity to pay student fees, register for the Golf Tournament, purchase Outback Dinner tickets, order band merchandise, join the Stratford Band Boosters, and sign up as a volunteer for SBISD and the band. More importantly, it will give your student a opportunity to get their uniform altered, order shoes and sign up for student fundraising. (Remember that students are able to apply 50% of the funds they generate through student fundraising toward band and color guard activities such as activity fees and band trips.)

The schedule will be as follows:

9:00 a.m. - Officers and Section Leaders (You will remain throughout Band Rush to assist as needed)/ Seniors

9:30 a.m. - Juniors

10:30 a.m. - Sophomores

11:30 - Freshmen

If you cannot attend during your assigned time, come when it's convenient for you.

Students will be required to turn in 3 forms during the first week of school. The medical form will need to be notarized. A notary will be available during rush. Band Rush will be the first opportunity students will have to turn in these required forms.Visit the Charms "Handouts" section to download these forms or follow the link below.
